Maranatha - The lord is coming: September 2nd
📖 “And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles.” (Matthew 10:18) The day is coming when God’s people will be called to stand before rulers, governors, and leaders of the world to give an account of their faith. These moments will not be chance encounters — they are part of the closing crisis in earth’s history. At a time when many waste hours in vanity or trivial pursuits, we are reminded that there is no time to lose. Every moment must be used in preparation for the testimony God’s people will soon be called to give.
Before kings and councils, our faith and character may be misrepresented, yet God will turn false accusations into opportunities for witness. Those who have studied the Word and anchored their hope in Christ will speak with wisdom their enemies cannot refute. Even the greatest minds of the earth will hear light from the lips of those once considered insignificant. Heaven itself will supply courage and words, but only for those who have diligently trained in the school of Christ.
We do not know when or where we may be called to testify, but every believer must be ready. Some will stand before legislative courts, others before kings, others before multitudes — but all must be prepared to give a reason for the hope that is within them. A superficial grasp of Scripture will not be enough in that hour. The time to study is now, the time to dig deep into God’s Word is now, the time to live by every word is now.
