Maranatha - The lord is coming: September 16th
📖 “And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.” (Revelation 16:1)
When Christ ceases His intercession in heaven’s sanctuary, the world will face the outpouring of God’s unmixed wrath. No longer shielded by mercy, those who have worshipped the beast and his image and received the mark will drink the cup of judgment. Like the plagues that fell upon Egypt before Israel’s deliverance, these end-time scourges will fall upon a rebellious world just before God delivers His faithful people. The sores, the bloody seas, the rivers turned to blood, and the scorching heat of the sun will testify that God is righteous in His judgments.
These plagues will not be universal, or no life would remain — yet they will be the most awful judgments ever known to man. For ages, every judgment has been mingled with mercy, the blood of Christ shielding sinners from the full weight of guilt. But in this final hour, wrath comes unmixed, justice without delay, and the storm of God’s anger will sweep the earth. The angel declares, “Thou art righteous, O Lord, because thou hast judged thus.”
Still, God’s people need not fear. While the wicked suffer the full measure of rebellion, the righteous will be sanctified through the truth, sealed by His Spirit, and hidden with Christ until the storm is past. The time to prepare is now. Soon the plagues will fall, and there will be no period of respite until the end. The only safe shelter is to be found in Christ before probation closes and the seven last plagues begin to fall.
