Maranatha - The lord is coming: November 27th

📖 “I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened... and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.” — Revelation 20:12

When the final judgment unfolds, every soul who has ever lived will witness the majesty of Christ revealed in full glory. The throne of God, radiant with unapproachable light, rises above the New Jerusalem, and the redeemed gather around their King in perfect joy and awe. Those once in darkness but redeemed by grace stand nearest the throne, followed by all who clung to Christ when the world turned against Him, and the great multitude from every age who laid down their lives in faith. 🌟

The saved lift their voices in eternal praise, and all of heaven echoes the cry: “Salvation to our God... and unto the Lamb!” For them, this is the moment of ultimate triumph — the coronation of Jesus as King of kings, witnessed by the universe He has redeemed.

But for the lost, this scene is unforgettable for a different reason. As the books of record are opened and Christ’s gaze meets theirs, every hidden sin, every cherished rebellion, every rejected mercy flashes before their minds with perfect clarity. Nothing is hidden. Nothing is forgotten. The justice of God stands unquestioned, the verdict irrefutable, the judgment true and righteous altogether.

This is the moment toward which all history has moved — when Christ is vindicated, God’s government is justified, and eternity opens before the redeemed. Let us live now in the peace, fearlessness, and hope that comes from knowing the Judge is also our Saviour. 🙏
