Heaven isn’t just a future destination — it’s meant to shape how we live right now. When we fix our eyes on the eternal rather than the temporary, our hearts begin to change. We see God’s mercy more clearly, His love more deeply, and our lives start to reflect that heavenly focus. ✨
Thinking about heaven has a powerful effect on the soul. Even our greatest imagination can’t grasp the beauty, joy, and holiness of eternity — but just trying to think that high lifts us higher. It draws us away from the distractions of this world and anchors us in the redeeming love of Christ. 🌈
Only by looking to the cross do we begin to see the vastness of God’s mercy and the depth of His plan to save us. Each glance heavenward shapes us into His likeness and reminds us that we are almost home. Soon, the voice of Jesus will call out with joy: “Your warfare is accomplished… enter into the joy of your Lord.” What a day that will be. 🙌
