Maranatha - The lord is coming: August 25th

“I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth…” (Isaiah 58:14). Today’s devotional reminds us that the Sabbath is not just a command — it is a divine covenant, a holy delight, and a foretaste of heaven itself. Though many take it lightly, God has set it apart with a glory that will one day be revealed in full when His people enter through the gates of the New Jerusalem.

In vision, God’s messenger saw the Ten Commandments blazing with light — and the Sabbath commandment shining above them all with a halo of glory. Why? Because the Sabbath is a memorial of God’s creative power, His redeeming love, and His covenant of peace with His people. In the final crisis, the Sabbath will be the separating line between those loyal to God and those who follow man-made traditions.

When the refreshing of the latter rain falls and God’s people are sealed, the Sabbath will no longer just be a weekly rest — it will be a banner of victory, a sign of loyalty, and a crown of glory. Will you be among those who honor God by delighting in His holy day now, preparing to ride upon the high places of the earth with Christ forever? 🌿✨
