The Bible is clear — only those who bear the likeness of Christ in character will receive the seal of the living God. Revelation 14:5 says, “And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.” This divine seal isn’t just a mark — it’s the imprint of Christ’s character upon the soul, just as wax takes the impression of a seal.
Many will miss out, not because they never heard the truth, but because they lived lukewarm, halfhearted lives, dishonoring God more than the unbeliever. The sealed are those who, in this life, are already walking in the noonday light of God’s Word, keeping His commandments, bearing the fruits of righteousness, and looking to Jesus as their only pattern. They fix their eyes on Christ, not on human examples, so that by beholding Him, they are changed into His likeness.
Now is the time to prepare. The hundred and forty-four thousand will be those who strive, with every God-given power, to reflect the perfection of Christ’s character. Will we be among them? The choice is ours — but the seal is only given to those who fully surrender and let Christ live within them.
