Maranatha - The lord is coming: October 12th
📖 “Ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.” (Mark 14:62)
When Christ returns in glory, not all eyes will behold Him with joy. Among the countless millions who gaze upon the heavens will be those who once lifted their hands against Him. The rulers, priests, and mockers who demanded His death will see Him again — not in weakness, but in majesty. The memory of every cruel word, every act of scorn, every chance to accept His mercy will flash before their minds with unbearable clarity.
They see again the Savior weeping over Jerusalem, pleading in love for hearts too hard to hear. They remember Gethsemane’s anguish, Pilate’s question, “What shall I do with Jesus?” and their own cry: “Crucify Him!” The judgment hall, the cross, the taunts — all replay before their eyes. But now, the face they spit upon shines brighter than the sun. The crown of thorns has become a diadem of glory. The hands they pierced blaze with divine power.
In that moment, all masks fall away. The truth they denied stands before them, living and radiant. Every mocker, every betrayer, every indifferent soul will see the full weight of Calvary — that He truly was the Son of God. And for the redeemed, this same vision brings not terror, but tears of awe, love, and everlasting joy.
