Maranatha - The lord is coming: August 29th
📖 “Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience.” (Hebrews 10:22)
Daniel 7 reveals a breathtaking scene: Christ, the Son of man, coming before the Ancient of Days — not to the earth in His second advent, but to the heavenly throne to receive His kingdom and begin His closing work as High Priest. In 1844, at the end of the 2300 days, Jesus entered the Most Holy Place, attended by angels, to carry out the work of investigative judgment and atonement for His people. This heavenly reality is not a dry doctrine — it is the anchor of our faith and the assurance that Christ is interceding for us right now.
From the sanctuary above, instruction flows like living water to refresh and heal. Just as Jesus opened the Scriptures to the disciples on the road to Emmaus, He is still the Great Educator, pointing every heart to Himself. The Spirit subdues, angels communicate, and heaven pours light into willing souls. If our eyes are single to God’s glory, our lives will radiate that light to all around us.
But we are called to more than knowledge — we are called to purification. As Christ cleanses the heavenly sanctuary, His work must be reflected in our lives here on earth. The church above and the church below are united in this holy work of preparation. God’s people must keep their eyes fixed on the heavenly sanctuary, where Christ now pleads our case. The question is: are we walking in harmony with His cleansing work today?
