📖 “And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.” (Daniel 8:14)

By tracing prophecy through Daniel’s timeline — beginning in 457 B.C. with the decree to rebuild Jerusalem — we see perfect harmony in the fulfillment of events. The seventy weeks pointed to the coming of Christ and His rejection by the Jewish nation, and the 2300 days carried us to 1844, when Jesus began His closing ministry for us in heaven. These prophetic mile-markers are not guesses or human inventions; they are God’s appointed waymarks, immovable as the hills.
Though Satan and his hosts may rage against these pillars of truth, they stand firm. The call for us today is to keep searching the Scriptures, to become intelligent in the subject of the sanctuary, and to see in it both God’s past leading and His present work.
