Maranatha - The lord is coming: May 29th

In the final movements of God’s work, the enemy’s favorite weapon isn’t always a lie—it’s division. Today’s devotional exposes the danger of those who claim spiritual superiority, yet work to tear down rather than build up the body of Christ. Jesus prayed that His people would be one, but Satan whispers, “You’re the only faithful one left.”

Scripture warns: “Woe unto him, through whom offenses come.” (Luke 17:1) Whether it’s a self-proclaimed prophet rejecting core doctrines or small groups isolating themselves under the guise of “true holiness,” these movements bring confusion, suspicion, and disunity. They criticize those who labor in love, calling them worldly simply because their efforts bear public fruit.

But true holiness isn’t noisy, weird, or antagonistic—it’s humble, fruitful, and aligned with God’s Word and Spirit. Those who make truth look ugly or provoke others to hate through unnecessary offense are not martyrs—they’re stumbling blocks. And unless they repent, Jesus says it would be better if a millstone were tied around their neck.

Let’s be united in truth, not divided by pride. God is preparing a people who stand together—not alone on ego islands.
