Not every test is from God—some are hand-crafted by the enemy to look holy but lead you off the narrow path. Today’s devotional exposes how Satan uses man-made tests to distract from the true sign of allegiance in these last days: obedience to God’s commandments, especially the Sabbath.
When we start replacing God’s divine law with human rules and critical standards, we risk slipping into fanaticism. While the world ignores the fourth commandment, Satan pushes extremism in the church to make true believers look unreasonable. But the real test—the one that divides the wheat from the tares—is whether we stand firm on God’s truth, not human tradition.
